This tutorial was written by me on June 20, 2013. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.
My tutorials should only be used only as a guideline

You must have a license and purchase tubes to use them

Ok Lets get started
open a new image 600 X 600 (you can resize later)

Copy and Paste DAD_Far West_P2

Layers, load save mask and apply mask
layers, merge group

Copy and Paste DAD_Far West_41 resize 85%
add drop shadow

lasso tool point to point draw an outline around frame
Copy and Paste DAD_Far West_P4
Selections invert delete
move blow frame layer
Add CU tube of choice
move blow frame layer
erase parts of tube that are outside the frame area
Add regular sized tube of choice
add  elements of choice I used:
DAD_Far West_31
DAD_Far West_32
DAD_Far West_51
DAD_Far West_52
DAD_Far West_54

Add name, copyright, and water mark
Layers Merge visible
xero porcelain default settings
save as png file
