"Babble Babble Love "
This tutorial was written by me on June 21, 2013. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Supplies Needed
Tube Of Choice I am The awesome PTU tube from ©Jamie Kidd
You must have a license and purchase tubes to use them
I got mine through CILM which is closed

Ok Lets get started
open a new image 600 X 600 (you can resize later)
Copy and Paste BWC_BabbleBabbleLove_PP3
Layers, load save mask and apply mask
layers, merge group
Copy and Paste BWC_BabbleBabbleLove_EL14 resize 85%
add drop shadow
lasso tool point to point draw an outline around frame
Copy and Paste BWC_BabbleBabbleLove_PP1
Selections invert delete
move blow frame layer
Add tube of choice
add elements of choice I used:

BWC_BabbleBabbleLove_EL18
BWC_BabbleBabbleLove_EL15
BWC_BabbleBabbleLove_EL12
BWC_BabbleBabbleLove_EL11

Add name, copyright, and water mark
Layers Merge visible
xero porcelain default settings
save as png file
My gradient glow settings:

If you wish to animate read on
duplicate your merged tag X 2
outline your candle flame with lasso tool
effects alien skin nature fire with the following settings
click on next layer fire, random seed and do the same for the
next layer save as psp 7 file
open in animation shop
save as gif file
