This tutorial was written in PSPX2 but can be done in any version. This was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP. Any resemblance is purely coincidental.
My tutorials are meant only as a guideline.
Supplies Needed:
Font of Choice.
PTU Scrap Kit: "PeppermintIce" by Cari aka BlackWidowCreationz
Tube of your choice - I am using the artwork of ©Eugene Rzhevskii
You need a license to use their work. DO NOT
use the same tube as me without a proper license You can acquire one here:

Mask of Choice
Plugins: Xero Porcelain default settings
Plugins: Xero Improver default settings
Eye Candy Impact gradient glow
Xenofex Constellation
Animation Shop (if
animating)
Drop Shadow to your liking
Open up a new image. 625x625, Flood fill white.
delete bg layer and credit layer
new layer arrange send to bottom
new layer select all paste paper 6 into selection
new layer select all paste paper 6 into selection
Layers, load mask from disk. Merge, merge group.
on Square layer selections, select all,
selections float,
selections defloat copy and paste paper of
choice
selections invert delete
Do the same for all remaining layers adding
drop shadows to glow layers
Add any elements of choice, resize to your preference
use your imagination
