I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Supplies Needed
Tube Of Choice I am The awesome PTU tube from ©Elias Chatzoudis
You must have a license and purchase tubes to use them

font of choice


Plug Ins
Xero porcelain


Ok Lets get started
open a new image 625 X 625 (you can resize later)
flood fill white
Layers new layer
I made used a gradient that matched my tube
floodfill
Layers, load save mask and apply mask
layers, merge group

Copy and Paste Stich Heart
add drop shadow

Copy and Paste tube of choice
add drop shadow

add the following elements
Double Bow resize 50%
Love Kitty resize 50%
Love You Word Art resize 50%
Love You Teddy Bear resize 50%


Add name, copyright, and water mark
Layers Merge visible
xero porcelain default settings
save as png file
