open your template shift d to duplicate
close out original
delete credit layer
go to image resize 90% all layers checked, again at 98%
Highlight background layer
image canvas size 635x475
Copy and Paste paper-plain (1) as a new layer
Layers, load save mask and apply mask
layers, merge group
resize 105% all layers unchecked
Highlight rectangle layer
Selections select, float, defloat
Copy and Paste paper-plaid (1) as a new layer
Selections Invert Delete
add a drop shadow
Delete rectangle layer
Highlight thin rectangle layer
Selections select, float, defloat
Copy and Paste paper-plain (2) as a new layer
Selections Invert Delete
add a drop shadow
Delete thin rectangle layer
Highlight large circle left layer, merge down with large circle right
Selections select, float, defloat
Copy and Paste paper-flowers (2) as a new layer
Selections Invert Delete
add a drop shadow
Delete large circle right layer
Highlight square2 layer merge down with square1
Selections select, float, defloat
Copy and Paste paper-stripes (2) as a new layer
Selections Invert Delete
add a drop shadow
Delete square1 layer
Highlight square left
layer merge down with square right
Selections select, float, defloat
Add new raster layer. flood fill with color #f80190
Adjust add noise Uniform, 40, monochrome checked
add a drop shadow
Delete square right layer
Highlight square center layer
Selections select, float, defloat
Copy and Paste paper-flowers (5) as a new layer
resize 65%
Selections Invert Delete
add a drop shadow
Delete square center layer
Highlight circles
Magic wand click inside right circle
Copy and Paste your tube resize to preference
Selectiond invert delete
repeat on the other two circles
merge tube layers together add a drop shadow
xero radiance default settings
Blend mode luminance legacy
Highlight wordart
Selections select, float, defloat
Copy and Paste paper-plain (1) as a new layer
Selections Invert Delete
