I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Xero porcelain


Ok Lets get started
open new image 600X600
Floodfill white

Copy and Paste Paper6 as a new layer

Layers, load save mask and apply mask
layers, merge group

Copy and Paste SkullFrame
Free hand point to point draw a selection around frame
Copy and Paste Paper5
Selections Invert Delete
move below frame layer
drop shadow frame

 Add  tube  place to your liking in frame
drop shadow
duplicate move below frame layer
Highlight frame background layer
Selegtions select all. float, defloat,
Highlight tube layer below frame
Selections, invert, delete
Highlight top tube layer
Erase any parts outside the frame

Copy and Paste The Following Elements resizing to your liking

Lips01
KissLips
EyeBow
Cupcake01 X 2
Candy02 X 2
WingedLips
Polish

Add name, copyright, and water mark
Layers Merge visible
xero porcelain default settings
save as png file
