I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Supplies Needed
4 Tubes Of Choice by same artist

Ok Lets get started
open new image 600X600
Floodfill white

Copy and Paste Paper3 as a new layer

Layers, load save mask and apply mask
layers, merge group

Copy and Paste RD_MMP_Frame
Free hand point to point draw a selection around frame
Copy and Paste Paper5
Selections Invert Delete
move below frame layer
drop shadow frame

 Add  tubes one at a time place to your liking in frame
drop shadow
Copy and Paste The Following Elements resizing to your liking

RD_MMP_Butterfly1 x2
RD_MMP_CakePop
RD_MMP_Lips2
RD_MMP_Lipstick
RD_MMP_Martini
RD_MMP_Mascara
RD_MMP_Mirror
RD_MMP_Shoe

Add name, copyright, and water mark
Layers Merge visible
xero porcelain default settings
save as png file
