"Feeling Girly II"

This tutorial was written by me on July 8, 2013. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.
My tutorials should only be used only as a guideline

Supplies Needed:
Tube Of Choice I am using an awesome tube from ©Misticheskaya
You must have a license and purchase tubes to use them

Ok Lets get started Open template Shift D to duplicate
delete copyright layer
close out the original
clic on background layer  go to image
canvas size resize 625 x 625

Copy and Paste paper (6) as a new layer

Layers, load save mask and apply mask
layers, merge group

Go to Raster 1 selections, select all, selections float, selections defloat
Copy and Paste paper (5) as a new layer
Selections Invert, delete
drop shadow
delete raster 1

Go to Raster 2 selections, select all, selections float, selections defloat
Copy and Paste paper (7) as a new layer
Selections Invert, delete
drop shadow
delete raster 2

Go to Raster 3 add drop shadow

Go to Raster 4 selections, select all, selections float, selections defloat
Copy and Paste paper (6) as a new layer
Selections Invert, delete
drop shadow
delete raster 4

Go to Raster 5 add drop shadow

Go to Raster 6 selections, select all, selections float, selections defloat

Copy and Paste paper (4) as a new layer
Selections Invert, delete
drop shadow
delete raster 6

Go to Raster 7 add drop shadow

Copy and Paste fan02 as a new layer, drop shadow 

Copy and Paste your tube
resize if needed
add drop shadow

Copy and Paste doodle01 as a new layer, drop shadow  resize 75%
move below mask layer duplicate image mirror, image flip

go to top layer

use my tag for reference

Copy and Paste ribbon02 as a new layer, drop shadow , resize 50%

Copy and Paste bow03 as a new layer, drop shadow , resize 50%

Copy and Paste extra06 as a new layer, drop shadow , resize 35%

Copy and Paste extra04 as a new layer, drop shadow , resize 30%

Copy and Paste shoe02 as a new layer, drop shadow , resize 45%

Copy and Paste extra01 as a new layer, drop shadow , resize 30%

Copy and Paste lilybouquet01 as a new layer, drop shadow , resize 45%

Add name, copyright, and water mark
Layers Merge visible
xero porcelain default settings
save as png file
