Saying Good Bye For Now

First of all I want to say thank you for allowing me to work with your beautiful kits, some  of you know that I was diagnosed in June 2012 with phase III breast cancer. I went through 6 rounds of chemo and honestly thought I wasn't going to live through it,but I did and in October I underwent a bi-lateral mastectomy to have my right breast removed. I came through with flying colors and everything was fine then in mid August this year I developed what I thought was a major sinus headache, I was prescribed the antibiotic augmentin and prednisone, Didn't  stop my headache, after 5 weeks of a non stop headache and losing my temper with everyone around  me and alienating most of my family I went to the ER. They ordered a CT Scan with enhancement and the results showed a mass at the back of my brain and a quarter sized tumor. I was referred to Dr. Gardner one of the best neuro-surgeons in the state, he scheduled me for brain surgery 3 days later. Within those 3 days my tumor was the size of a grapefruit and the mass he said was like scraping moss off of a tree. I was in the hospital for a total of 28 days and I barely remember being there. I lost a lot of my memory, can't balance a checkbook, or do simple math problems but I am working on it. I lost my peripheal a whilevision in my left eye so I continue to bump into things and people because I dont see them there. 3 weeks ago my oncologist told me that when a breast cancer mastisizes to the brain, it always comes back, he didn't know when or where but he is seeing me once a month to check for tumor markers and my white blood cell count. So far everything has been ok but I know that soon it wont be, that is why I am giving up all of my CT positions. I just can't concentrate right now long enough to write a tutorial, my tags are getting worse instead of better, Im having to go back to make sure I put the right designer down or the right artist and it's just overwhelming me. Im hoping there will come a time in the future that I will be able to work with you again. All my tutorials will remain here. If I owe anyone I will fulfill my duty but after that I will be through for awhile. I hope I don't make anyone angry with me but I do request that you remove me from your CT groups. It would just make my life on facebook more simple, Again thank you all for allowing me to work with you.

Ok Lets get started Drop shadow 1,1,60,5

Open blank image 600 x 600

New raster layer, selections, select all



Copy and Paste paper-styleB (1) into selection
Apply mask, merge group.

Copy and Paste I_frame01As A New Layer resize 60%




Using magic wand , select inside frame , select, modify , expand by 5, New raster layer, floodfill with color to match your tube
Arrange, move down. Drop shadow frameCopy and Paste paper-styleA (2 )As A New Layer selections invert delete move below frame layer

Keep selected, add tube as a new layer, duplicate,select original tube delete, select none.
Move copy of tube above frame, using eraser, remove any parts from bottom of frame.

Using magic wand , select inside frame , select, modify , expand by 5, New raster layer, floodfill with color to match your tube
Arrange, move down. Drop shadow frame

Keep selected, add tube as a new layer, duplicate,select original tube delete, select none.
on floodfill layer apply Penta Color Dot default settings
Move copy of tube above frame, using eraser, remove any parts from bottom of frame.






Add your name and copyright
layers merge visible save as a png

New raster layer, select all, paste Paperof choice  into selection, select none.

Apply mask, merge group.




Copy and Paste Copy and Paste Candy Ring As A New Layer

Using magic wand , select inside frame , select, modify , expand by 5, Copy and PasteChocoholic Paperof choice as a new layer,   selections, invert delete.

Arrange, move down. Drop shadow frame

Keep selected, add tube as a new layer, duplicate,select original tube delete, select none.

Move copy of tube above frame, using eraser, remove any parts from bottom of frame.

Add any elements of choice, using your imagination to create your own tag resizing to your own personal preference, use my tag as a reference
