I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Supplies Needed:

Ok Lets get started Drop shadow 1,1,8.00

Open blank image 600 x 600

New raster layer, selections, select all

Copy and Paste Paper12 into selection
Apply mask, merge group.

Copy and Paste  Frame3  As A New Layer resize 60%

rotate, free rotate, right 90 degrees all layers unchecked

Using magic wand , select inside frame , select, modify , expand by 5

Copy and Paste  Paper1  As A New Layer resize 60% selections invert, delete

Copy and Paste your tube duplicate move copy below frame layer

Using magic wand , select inside frame , select, modify , expand by 2

back on your tube copy layer

selections invert delete

Drop shadow frame

Copy and Paste Branch Drop shadow resize 60%

 Copy and Paste CandlePresent Drop shadow resize 45%

Copy and Paste Tree3 Drop shadow resize ove above mask layer

Copy and Paste  Santa Drop shadow resize 40%

layers merge visible save as a png
