I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Ok Lets get started Drop shadow 1,1,8.00

Open blank image 600 x 600

New raster layer, selections, select all

Copy and Paste Paper09 into selection

Copy and Paste  Frame02

As A New Layer image rotate right 90 degrees all layers unchecked

resize by 75%

 Drop shadow

using magic wand ckick inside frame expand by 6

Copy and Paste  Paper05 As A New Layer selections invert, delete

Copy and Paste Lights resize 60% duplicate mirror

Copy and Paste Bow01 resize 50% Drop shadow

Copy and Paste CandyCandPost resize 75% Drop shadow

Copy and Paste Scroll resize 60% Drop shadow

Copy and Paste Shoes Drop shadow  resize 50%

 Copy and Paste Ribbon04 Drop shadow resize 45%

Copy and Paste Holly Drop shadow resize 35%  Drop shadow

Add Your tube

Add your name and copyright
layers merge visible save as a png
