Ok Lets get started Drop shadow 1,1,60,5
Open blank image 600 x 600 floodfill white
New raster layer, select all, paste PAPER (7) into selection, select none.
Copy and Paste any elements of choice resize to your liking I resized by 30%
add drop shadow to each layer

Layers merge visible effects, Xero Porcelain default settings
Resize to your liking, add copyright and name,
