Ok Lets get started Drop shadow 1,1,60,5

Open blank image 600 x 600 floodfill white

New raster layer, select all, pasteCC- Paper 12 into selection, select none.

Copy and Paste any elements of choice resize to your liking
add drop shadow to each layer

CC- Elements 45)
CC- Elements 50
CC- Elements 49
CC- Elements 55
CC- Elements 64


Layers merge visible

Resize to your liking, add copyright and name,
