Ok Lets get started Drop shadow 1,1,8.00

Open blank image 600 x 600

New raster layer, selections, select all

Copy and PastePaper05 into selection
Apply mask, merge group.

Copy and Paste  Frame03 As A New Layer resize 70%

Using magic wand , select inside frame , select, modify , expand by 5,

Copy and Paste Paper06 A New Layer resize 70%

selections invert delete move below frame layer Drop shadow frame

Copy and Paste Bells02 Drop shadow resize 70%

 Copy and PasteChristmas_Tree01 Drop shadow resize 60%

Copy and Paste Santa01 Drop shadow resize40% 

Copy and Paste  Lights01 Drop shadow


Copy and Paste  Lights01 Drop shadow

Add tube as a new layer,  Drop shadow

Add your name and copyright
layers merge visible save as a png
