I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Supplies Needed:
Tube Of Choice I am using a tube from©Alex Prihodko,
you will need a close up and full size tube
You must have a license and purchase tubes to use them

I used wsl 82
and
wsl mask 114

resize elements to your own preference

Ok Lets get started Drop shadow 1,1,8.00

Open blank image 600 x 600

New raster layer, selections, select all



Copy and Paste Paper04 into selection
Apply mask, 82 merge group.

Copy and Paste Frame05 As A New Layer

Using magic wand , select inside frame , select, modify , expand by 5,

Copy and Paste _Paper09

selections invert delete Drop shadow frame move below frame layer

Copy and Paste _Paper05 Apply mask,  114  merge group.

Copy and Paste Wreath02 Drop shadow

add close up tube as a new layer, mirror  Drop shadow

Copy and Paste Bow07 As A New Layer  Drop shadow

Copy and Paste Fan01  Drop shadow

Copy and PasteOrnament11  Drop shadow

add full size tube as a new layer,  Drop shadow

Add your name and copyright
layers merge visible save as a png
