This tutorial was written by me on November 26, 2013. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Supplies Needed:
Tube Of Choice I am using a tube from, ©Alex Prihodko ,
You must have a license and purchase tubes to use them

Filters Unlimited Paper Textures Canvas Fine
Mask of choice
I used wsl 116

Ok Lets get started Drop shadow 1,1,8.00
Open blank image 600 x 600
New raster layer, selections, select all
Copy and Paste PAPER 4 into selection
Apply mask, merge group.
Copy and Paste FRAME 4 As A New Layer resize 60% twice
Using magic wand , select inside frame , select, modify , expand by 5,
Copy and Paste PAPER () As A New Layer resize 75%
selections invert delete Drop shadow move below frame layer
Add tube as a new layer, move below frame layer mlrrror
Using magic wand , select inside frame , select, modify , expand by 5,
selections invert delete Drop shadow
apply xero radiance default settings
lower opacity to 75
Filters Unlimited Paper Textures Canvas Fine wirh these settings
. Copy and Paste EL 29 Drop shadow resize 75%
Copy and Paste EL 36 Drop shadow resize70%
Copy and Paste EL 75 Drop shadow resize 50% duplicate mirror
Copy and Paste EL 80 Drop shadow resize 30% duplicate mirror
Copy and Paste EL 74 Drop shadow resize 30%
using pick tool rotate to your liking, duplicate as many as you want resizing and place around your tag
Add tube as a new layer, Drop shadow
Add your name and copyright
layers merge visible save as a png
