Lokas gel
and alien skin impact gradient glow

Ok Lets get started
open new image 600X600
Floodfill white

Copy and Paste CC_ Paper 4 as a new layer

Layers, load save mask and apply mask
layers, merge group

Copy and Paste CC_ Frame 6 as a new layer resize 80%

Click inside frame, modify expand X3
Copy and Paste CC_ Paper 6
Selections Invert Delete
move below frame layer
drop shadow frame
 Add  tube of choice
drop shadow

Copy and Paste The Following Elements
drop shadow each layer
CC_ Element 21 resize 45% duplicate
CC_ Element 9 resize 45% duplicate merge down resize again 80%
CC_ Element 15 resize 45%
CC_ Element 28 resize 40% duplicate mirror
CC_ Element 24 resize 45% mirror
CC_ Element 22 resize 80% layers arrange send to bottom
Back on top layer
CC_ Element 37resize 80%
CC_ Element 2 resize 45% mirror

Add name, copyright, and water mark
Layers Merge visible
xero porcelain default settings

save as png file

This is an animated tutorial, you can omit the animation if you choose
Ok Lets get started
open new image 600X600
Floodfill white
new layer selections select  all
Choose one of her gorgeous sea backgound papers
Paste into selection (I used CC_ Paper 2)

Copy and Paste The following elements resizing to preference
refer to my tag for placement
CC_ Element 1
CC_ Element 2
CC_ Element 5
CC_ Element 8 X 3
CC_ Element 10 X 2
CC_ Element 36
CC_ Element 37
CC_ Element 39
CC_ Element 55 X 3

Add name, copyright, and water mark
Layers Merge visible
save as png file

If you wish to animate  

close out your tube, dolphin, flowers, fern and shell layers
Highlight backround layer
Right click on top of your tag copy merged like this:

go to animation shop paste as new image effects insert image effect underwater
following settings:

you can play around until you get the desired effect, some people do it differently
You should have 32 frames, delete frame 1 for a total of 31 frames
highlight your 1st frame edit select all
 now back to psp close out all the layers you had opened
unhide your tube, dolphin, flowers, fern and shell layers
Right click on top of your tag copy merged
back to AS right click paste as new image
click ctrl shift and hit L until you have 31 frames
highlight your 1st frame edit select all

drag to your background tag placing it where you like it making sure you are on frame 1 on both.

save as a gif file and you are done

You should now have 3 layers
x out your top 2
first we are going to add constellation to the girls top and the shoes
lasso tool point to point draw around top and then shoes

go to constellation use these settings

un-x frame layer 2 constellation random seed
repeat on layer 3

save as gif file

Highlight rectangle layer
Selections select, float, defloat
