Ok Lets get started Drop shadow 1,1,8.00

Open blank image 600 x 600

New raster layer, selections, select all

Copy and Paste PAPER04 into selection
Apply mask, merge group.

Copy and Paste  ELEMENT32  As A New Layer resize 90%

Copy and Paste your tube duplicate move copy below frame layer

Using magic wand , select inside frame , select, modify , expand by 2

back on your tube copy layer

selections invert delete

Drop shadow frame

Copy and Paste ELEMENT35 Drop shadow resize 60%

 Copy and PasteChristmas_Tree01 Drop shadow resize 60%

Copy and Paste ELEMENT36 Drop shadow resize 60% 

Copy and Paste  ELEMENT51 Drop shadow resize 20% 

duplicate several times and place randomly around your tag

repeat using ELEMENT53

Copy and Paste  ELEMENT24 Drop shadow  resize 60% 

Add your name and copyright
layers merge visible save as a png

selections invert delete Drop shadow move below frame layer

Add tube as a new layer, move below frame layer mlrrror

Using magic wand , select inside frame , select, modify , expand by 5,

selections invert delete Drop shadow

apply xero radiance default settings

lower opacity to 75

Filters Unlimited Paper Textures Canvas Fine wirh these settings

Copy and Paste EL 36 Drop shadow resize70% 

Copy and Paste EL 75 Drop shadow resize 50% duplicate mirror

Copy and Paste  EL 74  Drop shadow  resize 30%

using pick tool rotate to your liking, duplicate as many as you want resizing and place around your tag

Add tube as a new layer,  Drop shadow
Add your name and copyright
layers merge visible save as a png

Copy and Paste _PAPER (6) As A New Layer resize 75%

selections invert delete Drop shadowmove below frame layer

Using magic wand , select inside frame , select, modify , expand by 5,
add close up tube as a new layer, duplicate move  copy below frame layer

Keep selected, add tube as a new layer, duplicate,select original tube delete, select none.

Move copy of tube above frame, using eraser, remove any parts from bottom of frame.

Copy and Paste ELEMENT (1) Drop shadow resize 40%

Copy and Paste ELEMENT (45 Drop shadow resize 40%  duplicate mirror 

Copy and Paste ELEMENT (37)  Drop shadow resize 40%

Using magic wand , select inside frame , select, modify , expand by 8, back on copy
layer selections invert delete

original copy using eraser tool erase parts of tbe from bottom of frame

Copy and Paste Deco  As A New Layer  Drop shadow resize 75%

Copy and Paste _Flower01 resize 30% Drop shadow duplicate mirror

Copy and Paste Flower05   resize 25% Drop shadow duplicate mirror

Copy and Paste Flower04 resize 40% Drop shadow duplicate mirror

Resize to your liking, add copyright and name,
